Rabbi David Cooper

God Is A Verb

The great mystics of Judaism originally passed its teaching by word of mouth only, believing that the secrets of the Kabbalah transcend the written word. Well, these great teachings that have been kept secret and inaccessible for thousands of years are now available to you. It is said that understanding the Kabbalah can lead you to your own awakening and enlightenment.

Both in his book and on our show, Rabbi David Cooper, reveals the secrets and mysteries of the Kabbalah and translates these ancient spiritual teachings into meaningful personal experiences which we can apply in our daily lives.

On the Path to Enlightenment

Then you are suffering from what Rabbi David Cooper calls one of the greatest afflictions of the 20th Century, TDS, Time Deficiency Syndrome. For many of us, the only way we finally slow down is when something drastic happens that forces us to change, such as a serious illness. All of a sudden, we discover that there is one priority: living in the present moment and listening to the needs of our much ignored, malnourished soul. Don’t wait until you drop in order to stop. Start now to regularly feed your soul.

On our show, Sheri and David discuss spiritual exercises, meditations and other practices that you can easily do to become more present, enhance the quality of your life and get your minimum daily requirement of soul nurturance.
